MODULAR

MODULAR is a furniture system that explores the boundaries between furniture as a functional piece and as a contemplation object. It emphasizes its utilitarian quality as an element that supports a specific activity or use, and at the same time explores the dimensions of the furniture linked to the object as a sculptural piece. In this way, form and function both play a leading role.

The system allows to build multiple and unique realities. The universe of modules and accessories offers the possibility to configure a virtually unlimited amount of realities that allow the user to configure the object according to their needs. The possibilities of the object are as varied and unique as users exist.

Just as in a writing system, each piece that makes up the system is unique in its morphology and function, but all share similarities and a logic that bound them together. The use of simple forms allows to focus on the details and highlight the materiality of the object.
